Insight Counselling Services

The Insight Counselling Services office is on North Railway Street as shown on the map. 

For greater privacy, use the Alley Entrance.  If the Alley Entrance is not open when you arrive, please text Russ at 4O3-529-7255 and he will let you in. If you are unable to make appointments at this location, contact Russ about the possibility of counselling through secure online video.  Russ can make it happen even if you do not know anything about these programs.  As long as you have (1) a computer, (2) good internet connection and (3) a webcam (connected to your computer, laptop, iPad or tablet) Russ can make it happen for you.  

Some people ask, "What does the office look like?"  I can understand this question.  Getting a sense of familiarity can be helpful in lowering the anxiety of going for counselling.  So, here are a few photos:
